MyTravelSecrets.com is based near Cleveland, Ohio.  The company’s mission is to enhance your travel experiences by giving you solid information that will help you get the best value for each dollar you spend on your travel dreams. Our main focus is to do the travel research for you for free so that you will find all that you need in one place.  There are many websites that give you a list of cheap cruises or airfare, but MyTravelSecrets.com will give you much more, including travel secrets, tips and tricks that can make your travel easier. And unlike some of the other travel sites that charge around $100 and offer to help find deals and give you tips... our service is absolutely FREE!   We will try to answer your travel questions, and we will give you tons of information, including the best travel deals, informative articles, and a travel bookstore.  Each month, beginning September 2004, we will give a prize valued at $25.00 for the best travel secret, tip or trick sent in by our subscribers and used on our website.  In 2005, we will be having an independent drawing for a free cruise from those qualified entries.  See our Suggstions Page for more  information.  

This is a free service to you.  Why?  Because we have the volunteer services of retired travel specialists who feel that their knowledge can help travelers, like you, better use the Internet.  We simply want to provide you, our members, with information to make your travel easier and happier without surprises.  

The  web-designer of MyTravelSecrets.com is Kris, a long-time traveler.  She has traveled extensively throughout North America, Asia and Europe—even to the point of getting married in a castle in England (an upcoming article will tell you the secrets she found that made the wedding an inexpensive dream come true).  She has had much experience traveling with children and pets, and you will be hearing much more about making your similar travels easier in the future.  Kris has worked as a computer consultant and analyst for many years.  Email Kris at kris@mytravelsecrets.com

 The contributing editor of MyTravelSecrets.com is Kate.  Kate, a veteran of the United States Air Force, worked as a travel agent and travel instructor for years and became a Certified Travel Consultant in 1999.  She then worked as a Park Ranger until her retirement.  She has traveled extensively throughout each of the 50 states.  She has visited Canada, Mexico, the Pacific Rim countries, the South Pacific, China, Africa, and Europe—including Russia and Scandinavia.  She also worked for a cruise line and has taken innumerable cruises on over 10 different cruise lines.  She has lived in places from northern New Hampshire to Florida to Las Vegas (she will impart some “Sin City Secrets” in future articles).   She loves to travel and will give you ideas and secrets to make you a happier traveler.  Email Kate at kate@mytravelsecrets.com
